就是你網上看着和實際差距太大了，門鎖都是壞的，怎麼説呢，我定的時候看着他上傳的圖片真的很漂亮，看着很舒服，結果一到實地，那種落差真的是無法形容。上面明明寫了6點前可以退，我還沒入住，進去看到壞境準備退，就不能退了。

跟酒店圖片比起差得很，衞生不好 沒得水 插板不安全，服務態度不好 牆面不整潔，希望相關部門查處，我住的是三樓電梯旁，靠着登記室這一間。
